We have listed some Principles of our aid to help you understand our work better.

• We see ourselves as a nonprofit sporting project in the field of youth and social work that lays emphasis on Floorball.
   
• We work with trusted local partners, whom we all know personally.
   
• We provide quality equipment to our partners for distribution during our projects to be used in training and tournaments. But we do not want this equipment to be sold off and not put to proper use.
   
• We would be pleased if this concept grows well and is appreciated and incorporated in the region. We also hope that it establishes itself on a national level or some kind of a national team is formed.
   
  
• We pick up sincere and motivated people locally to take our movement further and put a lot of emphasis on training coaches and referees to achieve a long term growth.
   
• We do not fund lavish offices and setups or pay hefty salaries to managers and their staff. Our funding is directed at the grass root level. The projects that we run are associated with the poorest strata of the region that we focus on. Our work originates at the lowest levels and no room is left for bureaucracy or corruption.
